How does it work?
When you submit your size change request, we'll make your new T-shirt for you and deliver it to our delivery service. When the driver arrives, you give them the incorrect size, wrapped and packed.
You don't even have to address the package, the courier will do it for you.

How long will it take for the T-shirt to arrive?
Typically it takes 2-3 business days to receive your T-shirts. For more details on delivery, click here. During special periods (Father's Day, Christmas, etc.) this delivery and production time may be extended.
What quality are the T-shirts?
T-shirts are made from durable, high-quality premium cotton or a cotton-polyester blend. Men's T-shirts are typically wider than average, while women's T-shirts are slightly slimmer. Be sure to check our size charts before placing your t-shirt order, which you can access by clicking here.
What is the quality of the designs?
Our designs are DTF printed. We strive to always work with the best, newest technology so that you can have a high quality T-shirt for years to come!
How to wash and iron T-shirts?
We recommend to wash your T-shirts inside out, in a gentle cycle, at a maximum temperature of 30-40°C. Ironing should be done with a medium hot iron, and it is important that you place a baking paper on the pattern, as without it you may damage it.
Do you have extra large T-shirts?
We have a small stock of 3XL, 4XL and 5XL t-shirts, you won't find them on our site yet, but if you contact us before ordering you can choose them.
I am at a loss, how do I choose a size?
Our men's t-shirts are typically wider than average, our women's t-shirts are slightly smaller. But we've put together a little guide to help you choose the right size: click here.
How long will it take you to process my order?
In most cases, it takes 2-3 working days to produce the T-shirts and deliver the package to the courier. If we do not have the product you requested in stock, we will contact you!
How long will it take the delivery service to ship my order?
You will receive your order within 2-3 business days after processing. You will receive SMS and email notifications from the delivery service on the day of delivery. You can find out more about delivery by clicking here.
Can I order from abroad?
You can select the countries we ship to when you place your order. When shipping abroad, you can only pay by credit card.

How do I know where my packages are being delivered?
When the deliveryman picks up your order from us, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Click on it to see where your package is: which city, which logistics centre. If all goes well, you should receive your order within 2-3 working days. You will also receive an SMS notification on the day of delivery.
I've already received the notification that you've sent the package, but no news for more than 3 business days! What should I do?
If you haven't received a notification of delivery after 3 working days (weekends don't count) and you haven't "met" a delivery person, please contact us using one of our contact details.
Why haven't I received a confirmation e-mail about my registration/order?
You should receive notifications of both registration and order status changes, so please check carefully to make sure there are no misspellings in your email address.
If you have a Freemail or Citromail email address, many times emails are sent to the Spam/Junk folder or not received at all. Unfortunately, this is not our fault, so we recommend (even in the long run) that you look for another email provider: Google, Microsoft or Apple solutions do not have problems.

Did the T-shirt arrive wrong or did you receive something different from what you ordered?
Sometimes we make mistakes too, so if you didn't receive the shirt you ordered, send us a photo of the shirt to hello@lolmarkt.hu! The day you report our mistake, we'll send you another t-shirt for free!
I have a wrinkle in the pattern on my t-shirt, how do I remove it?
During shipping, high coverage designs tend to wrinkle, but this can be easily fixed. Place a piece of baking paper over the pattern and iron the T-shirt through it with a medium hot iron. Be careful not to let the pattern come into direct contact with the surface of the iron, as this could damage the pattern!
